JackTrip Limited Warranty and Support

At JackTrip, we take pride in all our products. If there is a problem, we will do our best to make it right.  If our product does not seem to be functioning correctly, please contact Technical Support, and we will analyze the problem.  Please note that our Technical Support group is staffed to support questions about JackTrip equipment or software sold by us.  We regret that we are unable to support questions about other manufacturers’ devices or about Internet issues.

If you have difficulties with installing, operating or connecting Internet or other audio equipment with JackTrip studio, please check out our Support page User Forum where there are experienced users who may be familiar with your equipment or configuration.

JackTrip 90-Day Limited Warranty

JackTrip Labs Inc warrants our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original retail purchase.

Warranty Returns

If you are located in the USA and need to have your unit replaced under our 90-day Limited Warranty, please submit an online technical support request to receive a return-authorization number and shipping information. This will enable us to correctly identify your unit and ensure timely repair and return. We will ship you a new unit and a return shipping label for returning the defective unit.

If you bought your JackTrip product from Amazon.com, please follow Amazon’s return process for warranty replacement. 

Please ship only the unit that needs repair (no cables, power supplies, discs, manuals, etc.), and pack it in the original box and packing material if possible.

Non-Warranty Repairs

If you wish to have your out-of-warranty unit repaired by us, please submit an online technical support request to receive an estimate of repair costs, a return authorization number and shipping information. You are responsible for shipping and insurance cost to our facility. Please make sure to write your RA# on the outside of the package. We will return the unit back to you. Please note that you may void your Limited Warranty if you, or someone other than JackTrip Labs, attempts to repair your JackTrip product.
