# How to Change Your User Profile Avatar?

## JackTrip currently uses the avatar image provided by other services.

If you log into JackTrip using an external account (Google, Microsoft, etc.) we use the avatar image that they provide. You can change your avatar on JackTrip by changing it with them.

If you log in using an email address and password, JackTrip uses the [Gravatar](https://gravatar.com/) service. If you don't already have a Gravatar account, it is free to create one and upload any photo that you like. Just use the same email address that you use to log into JackTrip.

Please note that there are a few caches involved, so it may take a few hours for any avatar updates to be reflected in your JackTrip profile.
